I've been trying to solve a problem and have hit a wall.... I went thru various posts and was able to narrow down the issue but i dont find anyone else having faced the same problem so far..
The Hardware Inventory on certain devices are not collecting Memory information.
OS : Windows XP EWmbedded SP3
Agent Version : 4.00.6487.2000
InventoryAgent.Log has the below entries: (I added spaces below after \ to avoid the post from treating it like a link)

1. I connected to the device thru wbemtest
2. When I run the query "Select * from CCM_LogicalMemoryConfiguration", I get the same error 80041013: Provider load failure.
I Rebuilt WMI (Removed the repository), even reinstalled SCCM Agent without any change in status.
The same OS and client version on another device (Different hardware) is reporting the Memory information.
My question is, is this class(CCM_LogicalMemoryConfiguration) hardware dependant? It looks like in this situation. If yes, how can i go about getting this to work?
