Strange inconsistency in delta inventory

Hi,

In an attempt to reduce the use of sentences "distinct" in my reports, I compared the number of rows returned when querying classes that should return only one row per computer, with or without the phrase "distinct".

Just found some inconsistencies in various classes and I will present just one example.

It is noteworthy that the problem happens on different computers, eg, computers with inconsistency in class v_GS_COMPUTER_SYSTEM are not the same as presented inconsistency in v_GS_PC_BIOS class. And the amount of computers with inconsistent delta entries is around 4:10 in a universe of 12,000.

Note that the most recent entries, with a highest RevisionId number, have a lower timestamp. Except ResourceID 50215, this is a clear symptom.

What I expect from Microsoft: A hotfix for the Inventory Processor to avoid (always) this problem, or a maintenance task to remove these inconsistencies in a schedule.

I appreciate the promptness of you all trying to help me, but those who do not know the purpose of the columns ResourceID, GroupID and RevisionId, first read the explanation in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc723574.aspx.

I am using a ConfigMgr 2007 r3 with the latest updates installed.
