SCCM 2007 R3 with Client Windows Server 2012

I am trying to fix vulnerabilities coming from Nessus...

There is no trace of Adobe product in the Add/Remove Programs on the Client.

There is Macromedia Flash Player but not in Add/Remove Programs I saw it in the registry!!!

How SCCM 2007 is capturing this? HW Inventory no trace of Macromedia... SW Inventory no trace of Macromedia...?

I am in contact with Nessus support as well to see why they are showing vulnerabilities!!!
