Need Solution for Creating Software inventory of All Systems in SCCM 2007

Dear All,

We have SCCM server 2007 and clients deployed, i could identify way to create software inventory, however, the solution if

for single client system, i need to create report for all client systems in network, also if possible if a custom report can be created

which may exclude MS office, Adobe Acrobat reader (if more can be speicified)
