Delete Aged Discovery Data

I have Delete Aged Discovery Data task enabled on Central site server to delete aged discovery data after 90 days. However  I am seeing computer objects with creation date older than 90 days and those objects are not SCCM client .

I thought this task will delete the aged discovery data

These machines are discoverd from AD but are no longer in AD.
